You are doing really well getting everything working with Elvanto. Soon you will be able to login via our Hobart Baptist Church website, but for now this is the best place. Please read the below instructions carefully.

While you are here why not . . .

1. Check when you are next rostered to serve. Please confirm your attendance!
   • Click on 'Roster' above. Next Sunday's service details will be shown.
   • For Sundays beyond next week, click the appropriate service on the left of the screen
   • Wherever you see your name please help the planning team by clicking on your name to confirm or decline
2. Indicate when you are unavailable
   • Click on 'Unavailability' above
   • Record one date or a period of time when you are unavailable - for any date in the future
   • Add or remove dates using the green '+', or red '-' symbols. Remember to hit 'Submit'.

Thank you for your patience as we all adjust to this new system. It is going to a take a little while to get used to it. But it is one of those temporary challenges. You know what they say . . . short term pain for long term gain!

Siebrand mentioned it is like wearing-in a new pair of shoes - It will take some time to wear in, but soon it will be comfortable - which I thought was a very apt description.

Trying to login? If you are looking at this page and wondering what on earth to do next to login, you are not alone. Please avoid the temptation to click on 'Register'. You are more than likely already on the system, and if you register there will be two of you! If you are looking for your password all you have to do is click on 'I forgot my password' when you go here: https://hb.elvanto.com.au/login/ (If it doesn't work that's because we either have another email address for you, or we don't have your email address at all.*)

Already logged in? If you have been successful in logging in, please do remember to make a note of the password you just generated. If you do happen to forget it, then it is simply a matter of clicking on 'I forgot my password' when you try to login, and they will email you a link to the place where you can make up a new password. (For security reasons they will not email you the old password.)

Hi!

At HBC we are looking at purchasing a church management system called 'Elvanto' which will assist with all sorts of communication across our various congregations.

Currently we are on a 30 day trial, but all being well, we will have it humming along nicely in early 2016 and be ready to sign up for longer.

Please let me know if you have any issues with a system like this. Hopefully it will make things much simpler, PLUS it will cover a few bases we are not  covering at the moment. So it should be good!
